The Center for Special
Studies (C.S.S.), located at the official memorial site of the Israeli intelligence
community, serves as active and interactive educational and informational center.
Its purposes are to honor those involved in secret warfare, and transmit to
future generations the legacy of the Israeli intelligence community.
The Intelligence and
Terrorism Information Center incorporates part of the wide-ranging activities
of the Center for Special Studies. It offers its users a variety of services,
including:
o A lending library;
o Bibliographical guidance;
o Assistance in searching articles
and reference material;
o Documents captured during Operation
“Defensive Shield”;
o Collections of recordings and CDs;
o A state-of-the-art viewing center;
o Information bulletins on intelligence,
terrorism, incitement and propaganda;
o Symposiums and conferences.
This Information
Bulletin deals with the topic of “Hate Industry” in Egypt, and is yet another
publication released by the Information Center on the issues of incitement and
propaganda. The objectives of the Information Bulletins are: to follow up on
books, publications and public statements throughout the Palestinian Authority,
the Arab world and Iran, and identify occurrences of incitement and propaganda
against Israel, the Zionist Movement, the Jewish people and the Western world;
to achieve increased awareness to the occurrences of activities that encourage
violence and terrorism and undermine the peace process and the normalization
of relations; to provide the necessary tools to those engaged in counteracting
these phenomena.
Previous Information
Bulletins on incitement and propaganda, as well as special Information Bulletins
on Syrian involvement in terrorism, may be found on the website of the Center
for Special Studies.
